The Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) is a professional body for architects primarily in the United Kingdom, but also internationally, founded for the advancement of architecture under its charter granted in 1837 and Supplemental Charter granted in 1971.

The Royal Institute of British Architects headquarters is a 1930s Grade II* listed building, designed by architect George Grey Wornum, at 66 Portland Place, London in August 2012.

We have been maintaining their lifts since 2010, and are currently modernizing them.

Aragon Tower on the Pepys Estate in Deptford, is one of London's tallest, privately owned residential towers at 92 metres with 29 floors.

Originally completed in 1962 (along with Eddystone Tower and Daubeny Tower on the Pepys Estate) at a height of 26 floors, Aragon Tower underwent a rebuild in 2006.

During this time, The General Lift Company installed one of the fastest and tallest MRL’s (machine-less room lift) in Europe.

The Atrium is an impressive six storey office building prominently positioned in Uxbridge town centre.

Since 2004 we have worked with on DDA (Disability Discrimination Act) regulations, car realigns and maintenance. We are currently involved in modernising the last of six lifts.

The Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London is a five-star hotel, located in the Knightsbridge district of London, owned and managed by Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. Housed in an historic, Edwardian-style building, the hotel originally opened its doors to the public as the Hyde Park Hotel in 1902. Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group purchased the hotel in 1996 and conducted a complete renovation of the 198 rooms and suites, as well as a re-design of the restaurants and bar. Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London re-opened in May 2000.
